1. Order Cancellation
You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
2. Post-Dispatch
Once an order has been handed over to our courier partners, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to receive the package and initiate a standard Return request instead.
