Domestic orders within India typically take 3-5 business days for metro cities and 5-7 business days for other locations. International shipping usually takes 7-14 business days depending on customs clearance in your country.
Yes, we ship globally! Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Please note that any international customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also view the status in your Account Dashboard under "Order History".
Product & Customization
Yes, we offer complimentary fall and pico services on all our sarees. Custom blouse stitching is available for an additional fee. You can select these options on the product page before adding the item to your cart.
We shoot our products in natural light to ensure the colors are as accurate as possible. However, due to variations in monitor displays and the reflective nature of pure silk, slight differences in color may occur.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The saree must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact. Customized items (with fall/pico or stitched blouses) cannot be returned.
